These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the wnph online gaming platform. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on wnph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by every provision set out below. All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards issued by wnph are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods. Any form of fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors or glitches, or any conduct deemed by wnph to be abusive or manipulative is strictly prohibited. wnph reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, and recover losses arising from prohibited conduct.
wnph provides deposit limits, session time controls, and self-exclusion tools to all registered accounts. Players who need a break from gambling may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time through account settings or by contacting wnph support. These requests are processed promptly and without challenge.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and wnph ("wnph", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your registration, access, and use of the wnph online gaming platform operated at wnph.asia. wnph operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By accessing wnph, creating an Account, or placing any wager on the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the wnph Platform and close your Account.
Important: These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement. wnph recommends that all Players read the full text before registering. Proceeding with account creation constitutes express acceptance of every clause contained herein.
wnph may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, wnph will notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the updated Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Access to and use of the wnph Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which the Account remains active. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. wnph will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to register or maintain an Account.
⚠️ Underage Gambling is Prohibited: Any person under 21 years of age who registers, attempts to register, or uses an Account on wnph is in breach of these Terms and applicable Philippine law. wnph will immediately suspend any Account identified as belonging to an underage individual and will report the matter to PAGCOR as required.
The wnph Platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law are not eligible to register. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether use of the wnph Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering.

Each Player is entitled to register and maintain one (1) Account only. Creation of more than one Account by any individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify wnph immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to your Account. wnph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access where the Player failed to take reasonable security precautions.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to update your Account information promptly whenever it changes. wnph reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where false, misleading, or outdated information has been provided.
wnph may at any time — including but not limited to prior to processing a withdrawal request — require a Player to complete or update their KYC verification by submitting one or more of the following:
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by wnph may result in temporary restriction of Account withdrawals until verification is completed.
All transactions on the wnph Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). wnph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player's payment provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.
wnph currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. wnph reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to the Player's wnph wallet within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfers may take additional processing time depending on the sending institution. wnph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by wnph and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed within the Player's account dashboard at the time of transaction. wnph reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time.
Player Protection: wnph will only return funds to the payment source used for the original deposit. This policy exists to protect Players against fraud and unauthorized third-party withdrawals.
All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback rewards, and loyalty incentives issued by wnph are governed by these Terms and by the specific terms applicable to each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses issued by wnph are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games, and maximum bet limits per promotion are disclosed at the point of offer.
wnph strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic exploitation of bonus structures through low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance; collusion between multiple accounts to generate bonus claims; or the creation of multiple accounts to claim a single-use bonus more than once. Where bonus abuse is identified, wnph reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close the Player's Account.
Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not fulfilled within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the Player's Account without compensation.
Each game available on the wnph Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. In all cases, the specific game rules shall govern the outcome of any dispute relating to that game.
All RNG-based games on wnph use a certified random number generator that has been independently tested and audited by an accredited testing laboratory. The outcomes of all RNG games are genuinely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party, including wnph.
Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers in real-time using physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice). wnph live dealer games are streamed in HD from certified studio environments. Results are final upon completion of each round as determined by the live dealer and confirmed by the Platform's dealing system.
In the event of a system malfunction, technical error, or game interruption, wnph reserves the right to void any affected bets and return the relevant stakes to the Players' Accounts. wnph shall not be liable for any inconvenience or loss of anticipated winnings resulting from a technical malfunction beyond our reasonable control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wnph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:
Anti-Money Laundering: wnph is obligated under Philippine law to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities, including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Player accounts are subject to transaction monitoring at all times.
All content on the wnph Platform — including but not limited to the wnph brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, design elements, layout, and all other materials — is the proprietary property of wnph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes. No Player may reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the wnph Platform without prior written consent from wnph.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wnph shall not be liable for:
wnph's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of Real Money funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit wnph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
wnph collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data provided by Players in accordance with wnph's Privacy Policy, which is available at wnph.asia/privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By registering on wnph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data will be used for Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and provision of wnph services. wnph does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
wnph is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes its responsibilities under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. wnph offers the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

wnph reserves the right to immediately suspend a Player's Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Players may close their wnph Account at any time by contacting wnph support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money balance (excluding Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Account closure does not cancel any pending bonus wagering requirements that must first be forfeited.
Upon termination or closure of an Account for any reason, all licenses granted to the Player under these Terms are immediately revoked. wnph retains all rights to maintain records of Account activity for regulatory and anti-money laundering compliance purposes, as required by Philippine law.
wnph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, wnph will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered Players via email or prominent in-platform notification before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter substantive obligations) may take effect immediately upon publication.
If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the wnph Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment. Your continued use of the Platform on or after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms in full.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of any dispute between wnph and a Player, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Players should contact wnph support in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days, the matter may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process or, where applicable, to the appropriate Philippine courts having jurisdiction.
wnph's decisions in respect of game outcomes, system malfunction voids, bonus interpretations, and prohibited conduct determinations are final, subject only to the dispute resolution process described above.
