01 Introduction

wnph respects your right to privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of every registered player — whether you are signing in from Makati, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, or anywhere else across the Philippines. This Policy sets out in plain terms what personal data wnph collects from you, why we collect it, how we use it, who we may share it with, and what rights you have over your own data.

By creating an account on wnph, making a deposit, or using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you should not use the wnph Platform.

02 Data Controller

For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, wnph is the Personal Information Controller in respect of all personal data collected through the Platform. wnph determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and is responsible for ensuring that such processing is carried out in a lawful, fair, and transparent manner.

• Scanned or photographed copies of government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, voter's ID, PRC ID);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya profile);
• Source of funds documentation, where required by anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

3.4 Financial Data

• GCash account number (registered mobile number);
• PayMaya account details;
• Bank account details (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or other Philippine banks) where used for withdrawals;
• Transaction history (deposits, withdrawals, amounts, dates, payment methods used).

3.5 Gaming Activity Data

• Game session records (games played, bets placed, outcomes, session duration);
• Balance history and bonus redemption records;
• Responsible gaming settings configured by the Player (deposit limits, session limits, self-exclusion status).

3.6 Technical and Device Data

• IP address and approximate geolocation;

• Age verification: To confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years as mandated by PAGCOR regulations;
• KYC and AML compliance: To verify your identity, screen against regulatory watch lists, and fulfill anti-money laundering obligations under Philippine law;
• Transaction processing: To process deposits and withdrawals through your nominated GCash, PayMaya, or bank accounts;
• Platform delivery: To provide access to games, live dealer streams, and all features of the wnph Platform;
• Responsible gaming: To implement deposit limits, session controls, and self-exclusion tools configured by you, and to monitor for patterns of play that may indicate problem gambling;
• Security and fraud prevention: To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions, account abuse, unauthorized access, and any conduct prohibited under wnph's Terms & Conditions;
• Customer support: To respond to your inquiries, complaints, and dispute submissions;

wnph does not sell personal data. We share your data only where necessary for the following purposes, and only with parties bound by appropriate data handling obligations:

• Payment service providers: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment processors to facilitate deposit and withdrawal transactions;
• KYC verification providers: Accredited third-party identity verification services to process government ID checks and document authentication;
• Game content providers: Licensed game studios whose titles are hosted on wnph — game session data may be transmitted to providers' systems solely for the purpose of game delivery and result verification;
• Regulatory authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and any other competent Philippine government authority, where disclosure is required by law or court order;
• IT and security service providers: Cloud hosting providers, cybersecurity vendors, and technical infrastructure partners engaged by wnph, subject to data processing agreements;
• Professional advisers: Legal, accounting, or auditing firms engaged by wnph in relation to specific matters, subject to confidentiality obligations.

Where data is shared with third-party processors, wnph requires such parties to process data only on wnph's documented instructions and to implement appropriate security measures in accordance with the Data Privacy Act.

wnph uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Platform. A cookie is a small data file placed on your device when you visit a website. wnph uses the following categories of cookies:

You may manage your cookie preferences at any time through your browser settings or via the wnph cookie preference centre accessible from the Platform. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect your ability to use the Platform.

09 Data Security

wnph implements a comprehensive set of technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:

• Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your device and the wnph Platform is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocols;
• Encryption at rest: Sensitive personal data, including KYC documents and financial information, is stored in encrypted form;
• Access controls: Personal data is accessible only to wnph personnel and authorized third parties who have a documented need to access it for their specific role;
• Two-factor authentication: Available to all Players for Account login, and used internally by wnph staff for systems access;
• Penetration testing and security reviews: wnph conducts periodic security assessments of Platform infrastructure and data systems;
• Incident response: wnph maintains a data breach response procedure. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in risk to your rights and freedoms, wnph will notify the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware, and will notify affected Players without undue delay where required by law.

10 Data Retention

wnph retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulatory requirements. The following general retention periods apply:

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized. Where anonymization is used, the resulting data no longer constitutes personal data and may be retained indefinitely for aggregate analytics purposes.

11 Your Data Subject Rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights regarding your personal data held by wnph:

To exercise any of the above rights, please contact the wnph Data Protection Officer using the contact details in Section 15. wnph will respond to data subject requests within thirty (30) days of receipt, or notify you where a longer period is required due to complexity. Requests are processed at no cost to the data subject except where requests are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive.

12 Minors and Age Restriction

The wnph Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. wnph does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.

If wnph discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 — whether at registration or at any subsequent point — wnph will immediately suspend the associated Account, delete all personal data collected from that individual, and report the matter to PAGCOR as required.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child (under 21) has registered or provided personal information to wnph, please contact wnph support immediately at [email protected] so that the account and associated data can be reviewed and removed.

13 Cross-Border Data Transfers

wnph may transfer your personal data to service providers and partners located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers or international game content suppliers — where this is necessary to operate the Platform and deliver services to you.

Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, wnph takes steps to ensure that an adequate level of data protection is maintained, including by:

• Transferring data only to countries or organizations recognized as providing adequate data protection;
• Implementing contractual safeguards in the form of standard data processing agreements with international recipients;
• Conducting transfer impact assessments where required by the National Privacy Commission's guidance on cross-border data transfers.

wnph reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. Where changes are material, wnph will notify registered Players by email or prominent in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the updated Policy takes effect.

The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the wnph Platform after any updated Policy takes effect constitutes your acknowledgment of, and where applicable your consent to, the revised terms.
